I had the privilege of attending their very first event! This place is absolutely beautiful. its so clear and easy to navigate through. the outdoors are landscaped beautifully and all the staff members were super helpful and kind. Its so clean and crisp on the inside and the decor flows so well together. If your looking for a private, peaceful spot to host ur event I highly recommend this space. I hope I can book one of my events here in the future.

  • What is included with a full venue rental?

    • 25 round tables

    • Four 8-foot tables

    • Two 6-foot tables

    • Indoor and outdoor chairs

    • Two pub-style tables with chairs

    • Table and chairs for the bride and groom


  • Do you allow alcohol?

    Yes — alcohol is permitted as long as it is served by a properly licensed bartender.

  • What is the indoor seating capacity?

    Our venue can accommodate up to 250 guests indoors.

  • Can photos be taken on the property?

    • Weddings booked at Tallgrass include complimentary engagement photo access, scheduled in advance.

    • Professional photographers not associated with a booked event require a photography permit, available for $150 per calendar year, and must be scheduled in advance.

  • What are the rental hour options?

    • Full day rental: 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM

    • Half day rental: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

  • When is payment due?

    • Half of the total is due at contract signing.

    • The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the event.

    • If the event is booked within 60 days of its date, full payment is required at contract signing.

  • When are wedding rehearsals held?

    All rehearsals take place on Thursdays, scheduled as follows:

    • Friday weddings: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM

    • Saturday weddings: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM

    • Sunday weddings: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
